Product Manager

We are looking for a product manager on a long-term basis for our office in Mindelo, São Vicente.

Do you have experience working for a tour operator, an incoming agency, a specialised tourism company offering high-quality products both within the individual and the group sector? Do you show strong skills in computer programs as well as your work is organised, structured, and service-orientated and you love working in an international team? Customer care is a word that you can identify with? Also you can work under flexible conditions and still manage you time?

We are offering a much diversified, unlimited job (full-time) in a young and very engaged team.

A strong written and verbal communication skill in English is a prerequisite: hence you will act in a fluent and aim-orientated way. Destination knowledge is advantageous.

Tasks:

• Product Management
• Supervision of one (or more) tour operators in Europe
• Quality Management of the services of the hotels and other service partners
• Data administration and handling of a back office system
• Conflict management

Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in Portuguese or good Spanish
• Experience in tourism
• Experience working abroad
• Flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills

Interns

We are looking for Interns for our offices in Sal, Sao Vicente and Fogo for 6 months beginning in August/ September 2018.

Tasks:

• Customer care of our clients (from Europe) on spot
• Selling of island packages and excursions in Cape Verde
• Organisation of individual and group packages
• Contact with our service providers on spot
• Organisation of excursions and guiding
• Pick up of clients and assistance at the airport

Your skills:

• Strong communication skills in English language as well as fluent in German
• Existing language skills in Portuguese and Spanish are advantegous
• International experience (living and/ or working abroad)

• Flexibility, resilience and organising ability
• Friendly and self-confident appearance towards our costumers

• Costumer care also possible during weekends.

Your profit:

We will resume the travel cost to Cape Verde (from Europe), visa, accommodation (apartment), and food expenses. Additional pocket money of 150 €/ month.
